About the Role:

The (Senior) Director of Technology for Coalition Greenwich is the most senior Technology role in Coalition Greenwich, responsible for the overall delivery of software and tools for internal and external users and customers of Coalition Greenwich.

Overseeing a significant team across Hyderabad, Mumbai,



Pune and international locations, and responsible for a multi-million-dollar annual budget, you will lead the technology agenda for Coalition Greenwich, ensuring technology drives business growth, innovation, operational excellence, and superior client outcomes. The role combines strategic business partnership, technology leadership, transformation, and end-to-end delivery accountability.

You will define and communicate the technology strategy, target architecture and multi-year roadmap for Coalition Greenwich, ensuring that technology priorities directly support the division’s commercial strategy, customer needs and business outcomes.

Our stack is currently mainly built on AWS (EKS + ECS), RDBs, Databricks, Java (Spring Boot), Angular, React and QlikView.
