Job Title: Manager – Accounts

Location: GIFT City, Gandhinagar, Gujarat

Compensation: Up to ₹20 LPA

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Manager – Accounts to lead end-to-end accounting operations, financial reporting, compliance, and team management. The role will partner closely with the CFO and senior stakeholders to strengthen financial controls, reporting accuracy, and scalable processes in a high-growth workplace.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting Operations & Close
- Oversee day-to-day accounting activities including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, T&E; reimbursements, payroll coordination, and customer/vendor contract accounting.




- Manage and own the monthly close process including journal entries, general ledger review, reconciliations, and variance analysis of P&L; and Balance Sheet accounts.
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements and management reports.

Financial Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare and review periodic financial reports for management, auditors, and other stakeholders.
- Perform proactive financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and fluctuations in balances.
- Support strategic decision-making through variance analysis, dashboards, and ad-hoc financial insights.

Controls, Compliance & Audit
- Review, enhance, and implement accounting processes with focus on scalability, standardization, internal controls, and compliance.
- Manage annual statutory and external audits; prepare workpapers and liaise with auditors.
