As a Software Publisher Services Manager, you’ll lead complex global client engagements focused on software licensing, royalty, and contract compliance.
You’ll oversee the full audit lifecycle, from planning and data analysis through execution, reporting, and client delivery.
The role combines client advisory, project management, technology, analytics, and compliance expertise in a highly professional environment.
You’ll work with international clients, licensees, and cross-functional teams across different industries, technologies, and time zones.
You’ll also contribute to process improvement, recent service development, operational initiatives, and business growth.
A key part of the role is developing and mentoring high-performing professionals while maintaining consistently high service standards.

Accountabilities

Lead and perform all aspects of client audits, including audit planning, execution, data analytics, interviews, calculations, reporting, and final deliverables.

Manage multiple client engagements simultaneously, tracking KPIs, deadlines, milestones, and overall project performance.

Perform and oversee detailed Excel-based analysis for audits, internal initiatives, and other client services.

Prepare, review, and deliver high-quality client reports, calculations, and other engagement materials.

Develop a strong understanding of clients’ businesses, technologies, software licensing environments, contractual obligations, and compliance risks.

Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients and licensees through effective communication, high-quality execution, and timely delivery.
