This is a senior technical leadership role focused on shaping the frontend architecture and customer-facing digital experiences of a large-scale online platform. You will define technical direction, build high-performance web applications, and influence how frontend systems evolve over the long term. The role combines hands-on engineering with architecture, mentoring, cross-team leadership, and strategic decision-making. You will work closely with product, design, backend engineering, and senior leadership to turn ambitious ideas into reliable products. Accountabilities:




- Define and drive the technical vision, architecture, and long-term roadmap for frontend systems across the platform.
- Lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance web applications serving millions of users.
- Conduct architecture reviews, design discussions, and technical deep dives while maintaining high engineering standards.
- Own critical production systems and drive operational excellence across observability, security, performance, and reliability.
- Mentor senior engineers and help raise the engineering bar through coaching, technical guidance, and knowledge sharing.
- Partner with product managers, designers, backend engineers, and senior leadership to align technical strategy with business objectives.
