Job Title: Documentation Specialist

Location: Kolkata (Work from Office)

Industry: HPL (High Pressure Laminate)

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Age: 30–40 Years

Job Summary

We are seeking a Documentation Specialist to handle export documentation, coordinate with overseas warehouses, and provide back-office support to the International Marketing Team.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare Proforma Invoices, Commercial Invoices, and export-related documents.
- Coordinate with foreign warehouses and maintain MIS reports.
- Handle email communication with international customers via email.




- Update and manage records on ERP/CRM systems and international portals.
- Support the International Marketing Team with documentation and coordination.
- Ensure accuracy and timely processing of all documents.

Requirements
- MBA (Marketing/Finance) or Commerce Graduate.
- 3–8 years of experience in documentation, export coordination, or back-office operations.
- Knowledge of export documentation preferred.
- Valuable command of written and spoken English.
- Proficiency in ERP/CRM systems and MS Office.
- Strong coordination, follow-up, and organizational skills.
