About the Role

Gujarat Pesticides Company (GPC) is looking for a highly experienced and strategic Senior Manager – Institutional & Bulk Sales to lead our institutional business and drive sustainable revenue growth.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding our presence across Government Departments, Institutional Buyers, Corporate Accounts, Cooperatives, FPOs, Distributors,



and Large Enterprise Customers while building long-term business partnerships and delivering exceptional sales performance.

This is a leadership role requiring solid business development capabilities, strategic thinking, and a proven track record of managing high-value institutional sales.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive Institutional & Bulk Sales across assigned territories.
- Identify and acquire new business opportunities through Government Organizations, Corporate Accounts, Cooperatives, FPOs, Industries, and other Institutional Buyers.
- Build, nurture, and strengthen long-term relationships with key decision-makers and procurement teams.
- Lead high-value commercial negotiations and successfully close institutional business opportunities.
- Identify, evaluate, and manage Government & Private Tenders from documentation to successful execution.
