Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development
Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, references, online platforms, and direct outreach.
Generate leads and build a strong pipeline of potential clients and projects.
Identify prospective clients and convert leads into sales opportunities and confirmed orders.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and discussions to understand business requirements.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as assigned.
Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and commercial offers in coordination with the internal team.
Follow up consistently with leads, prospects, and existing clients to drive closures.
Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and project requirements within company guidelines.
Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the sales cycle.
Track enquiries, leads, quotations, follow-ups, and conversions.

Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.




Understand client requirements and coordinate with the design, production, and execution teams to provide suitable solutions.
Handle client queries and ensure timely communication.
Identify opportunities for repeat business, referrals, and upselling.
Business Growth
Research market trends, competitors, potential customers, and new business segments.
Develop strategies to increase the company's customer base and revenue.
Explore opportunities in retail, commercial, interior, furniture, showroom, and related projects.
Maintain accurate sales reports and provide regular updates to management.
Take ownership of the complete sales cycle — Lead Generation → Client Meeting → Proposal → Negotiation → Follow-up → Closure.
