Senior Manager - HR

Employee Relations and Engagement:
Foster a positive and inclusive work setting by promoting employee engagement initiatives.
Address employee concerns and conflicts promptly, ensuring fair and consistent resolution.
Organize and oversee employee recognition programs to boost morale and motivation.
Performance Management:
Establish and manage the performance appraisal process.
Provide guidance to managers and employees on performance improvement plans.
Ensure fair and transparent performance evaluations and rewards.
Compensation and Benefits Administration:
Administer employee compensation and benefits programs.
Conduct market research to ensure the competitiveness of the company's compensation packages.
