We are looking for an SAP professional to join our team As an SAP professional you should
have the ability to analyze technical/functional needs and work with the customers to
create/ define the project scope and the execution plans.
Working on multiple customers concurrently will have an advantage

Roles and responsibilities:
- Production support for Employee Central RBP/Security Permission along with Compensation Module L2/L3 Ticket Management part of support Perform Mass-Loads for Hire, Org Changes & Terminations
- Work with cross-functional teams to resolve technical /functional system issues




- Responsible for Maintaining Technical & Configuration Documentation repository Support data Compliance & Audits part of SOX Perform proto typing based on the recent needs from business

Requirements

SAP Professionals Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred 6 to 10 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors EC Experience in LMS, PMGM, RCM will be added advantage
- Ability to work in a multi-functional team environment and influence others that impact success
- Experience creating and delivering presentations on project related work to team members, management, and customers
- Flexibility to adjust regular business hours to the needs of global customers Strong technical and customer facing experience
