About the Role

We are looking for a performance-driven and creatively sharp Social & Creator Strategy Lead to own and scale Swiss Beauty’s presence across owned, earned, and commerce-driven content ecosystems.This role will drive platform growth, engagement, community building, and measurable business impact by integrating:

Key Responsibilities

Channel Growth & Performance Ownership

Own end-to-end growth and performance across priority platforms:

Core Platforms:

Instagram (primary brand & engagement engine)

YouTube (long-form authority + Shorts scale engine)

Expansion Platforms:

Snapchat (Gen Z engagement)

Pinterest (aspirational search-led discovery)

Regional short-video platforms (Tier 2/3 penetration)

LinkedIn (employer branding & leadership voice)

Commerce Ecosystem:

Amazon & Nykaa (A+ content, PDP storytelling, storefront content)

Responsibilities:

Define platform-wise KPIs (growth, reach, retention, conversions)

Deliver month-on-month growth across all owned platforms
