Position Details
Role: Associate – Patent Preparation
Location: Gurgaon/ Bangalore
Shift Timing: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Working Days: 5 Days a Week
Transportation: Two-way cab facility available for employees residing within the transport zone

Job Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with expertise in patent drafting and preparation to support our clients' patent portfolios. The role primarily involves drafting patent applications,



understanding invention disclosures, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure high-quality patent prosecution support.
The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with global teams.

Eligibility & Requirements
- B.E./B. Tech./M. Tech. in:
- Computer Science Engineering (CSE)
- Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE)
- Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE)
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in preparing patent applications.
- Strong understanding of US Patent Law.
- Knowledge of European (EP) and Indian Patent Laws will be an added advantage.
- Registered Patent Agent certification is preferred.
- LL.B. (Hons.) from a reputed law school is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
