Requirements
Mandatory Skills:
- Work with clients to understand
requirements and align technology with business strategy and goals.
- 10 + years’ experience in MS Dynamics
CRM.
- Experience working as MS Dynamics Architect
for at least two complete CRM implementation.
- Good Experience working on Customer Service
modules.
- Good experience working and
architecting applications on Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Good experience integrating with
external and Internal systems using Azure APIM or similar middleware.
- Good experience integrating with
external & internal systems using Service Bus, Logic Apps &
Azure Functions.
- Experience in Managing client
communication and delegating tasks and responsibilities to appropriate
personnel, including managing client expectations,



foreseeing risks and
reporting them
- Experience in writing associated
documents including HLD, LLD etc.
- Understanding and managing NFR for the
project.
- Understanding of Configuration
Management, Release Management and Merging process to be followed in the
project.
- Experience with source control
management systems and continuous integration/deployment

environments
- Internally motivated, able to work
proficiently both independently and in a team environment
- Proven communication skills with both
internal team members and external business stakeholders
- Strong initiative to find ways to
improve solutions, systems, and processes
