Role Overview

Amphenol Times Microwave Systems is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Senior Customer Support Engineer to provide end-to-end sales support, customer service, order management, and logistics coordination.

The ideal candidate will act as a key interface between customers, sales teams, operations, and finance, ensuring seamless order processing, timely deliveries, effective communication, and high levels of customer satisfaction. Experience in manufacturing environments,



ERP systems, logistics coordination, and accounts receivable management will be highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service & Sales Support
- Provide comprehensive pre-sales and post-sales support to customers.
- Coordinate closely with the Sales team to ensure efficient order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries related to orders, deliveries, and service requests.
- Support field sales teams with order status updates, shipment tracking, and customer communication.

Order Management & Logistics
- Process customer purchase orders accurately and efficiently.
- Coordinate invoicing, shipping, logistics, and delivery schedules.
- Monitor order fulfillment activities to ensure on-time delivery.
- Liaise with logistics providers and internal teams to resolve shipment-related issues.
