Social Media Manager
About the Role
We’re looking for a Social Media Manager to own and grow our social media presence across key platforms.
You’ll be responsible for developing content strategies, managing the content calendar, creating and coordinating content, monitoring performance, and finding new ways to grow our audience and engagement.
This is a hands-on role for someone who understands social media deeply, has solid creative instincts, and knows how to turn content ideas into measurable results.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and X.
- Own the day-to-day management of social media channels and publishing.
- Build and maintain a consistent content calendar.
- Research trends, topics, formats, and conversations relevant to our audience.
- Create engaging social-first content, including short-form videos, carousels, posts, graphics, and other formats.
- Work closely with the founders, marketing, design, and video teams to develop high-quality content.




- Manage content production from ideation through publishing.
- Monitor social media performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Track key metrics such as reach, engagement, follower growth, traffic, and conversions.
- Test different content formats, messaging, hooks, and posting strategies to understand what drives growth.
- Stay up to date with platform updates, trends, algorithms, and emerging content formats.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across social channels.
- Help identify and coordinate collaborations with creators, influencers, and industry experts.
- Use AI and other content tools to improve the speed and quality of content creation.

What We’re Looking For
- 6+ years of experience in social media, content marketing, digital marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience managing and growing social media accounts.
- Strong understanding of platforms such as LinkedIn,
