POSITION OVERVIEW
We are looking for a Senior Sales Head who will take complete ownership of sales for the entire project portfolio, including Plots, Flats (Affordable & Other Residential) and Villas,



from launch to final handover.
This is a leadership role with full accountability, heavy channel-partner involvement, and robust execution focus.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Complete Project Sales Ownership
- End-to-end responsibility of Plots, Flats & Villas sales
- Manage sales lifecycle from lead generation, booking, agreement to handover
- Ensure monthly targets and project-wise sales completion

2. Channel Partner–Driven Sales Model
- Develop and manage a heavy channel partner ecosystem
- Onboard, train and activate local & regional channel partners
- Ensure consistent deal flow through brokers & CPs
- Monitor CP performance and closures

3. Team Leadership & Hiring
- Build and manage a 10–15 member sales team
- Responsible for hiring & training sales staff
- Day-to-day performance management and mentoring

4. Pricing, Schemes & Strategy
- Recommend pricing strategy based on market
