IRP Systems is seeking a dedicated Purchase Officer to manage and oversee our procurement processes. The ideal candidate will ensure the timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services, maintaining strong supplier relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Source and qualify potential suppliers for Mechanical components, Fixtures, tools & equipment.
- Independently can-do ABC & Should costing of Mechanical parts – PDC, Machining, Injection moulding & Die/Mould costing
- Identify and implement various cost levers for better price negotiate with suppliers
- Identify and onboard new/strategic sources for improvement in QCDDM
- Proven track record of cost savings in PDC, Machining & Injection moulding categories
- Good knowledge in working with ISO / TS, APQP & PPAP systems
- Ensure all procurement documentation is accurately maintained in ERP system.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure supplier quality and compliance with specifications.
- Identify and mitigate supply chain risks; implement contingency plans as needed.




- Manage import/export processes for local and international procurement, ensuring compliance with customs regulations and optimizing logistics efficiency.
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical / Tool & die engineering
- 6~7 years of experience in sourcing and procurement in OEM/Auto tier-1 companies
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and collaborative abilities.
- High attention to detailing and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Handon on - Excel & PowerPoint, AI tools
- Fluency in English.
