As a Research Assistant, you will play a key role in experimental research, materials characterization, and the development of next-generation battery technologies.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in designing and conducting experiments related to rechargeable battery materials.
- Explore and optimize materials for enhanced energy density, safety, and longevity.
- Perform battery fabrication, assembly, and performance testing.

- Conduct physical, chemical, structural, and electrochemical characterizations using advanced techniques such as XRD, SEM, TEM, Raman spectroscopy, and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS).
- Analyze data to assess material properties,



identify trends, and draw actionable conclusions.

- Prepare technical reports and presentations for internal and external audiences.

Requirements

- M.Tech/M.Sc. (or equivalent) in Materials Science, Electrochemistry, Chemistry, Nanotechnology, or a related field.
