- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements using flowcharts, use cases, and user stories.
- Translate requirements into detailed technical specifications and identify gaps, providing actionable solutions.
- Create and maintain a ‘To Be’ business process library and other essential documentation.
- Facilitate workshops and ensure transparent communication between stakeholders and technical teams.
- Drive API integration design and provide robust technical solutions for system improvements.
- Analyse data, produce insights, and deliver reports to track outcomes.
- Test and validate solutions, ensuring they meet business needs and quality standards.
- Support business readiness and change management, developing plans to manage impacts and create training materials.
- Be a change agent to improve adoption of new solutions and practices.
Analyse and enhance front-end user experiences and back-end systems holistically.
- Knowledge of integration tools like Apigee or Biztalk.
