We are looking for a highly motivated and proactive Business Development Executive to join
our marketing team. This role will involve visiting on field to meet potential clients, talking
to clients to understand their needs, and generating leads to expand the company’s client base.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating with leads and converting leads into
long-term business relationships.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Visiting on Field: Actively visit potential and existing clients to introduce company services, identify business opportunities, and build relationships.

• Talking to Clients: Engage with clients in person or via phone to understand their requirements, present solutions, and maintain open communication to build strong relationships.

• Generating Leads: Identify and generate new business leads through various sources including networking, referrals, and market research.

• Coordinating with Leads: Follow up with leads through regular communication,



ensuring they have the information needed to move forward in the sales process.

• Converting Leads: Work towards converting leads into clients by addressing their concerns, presenting tailored solutions, and successfully closing deals.

• Sales: Explain to potential clients how our services can meet their needs and provide solutions that align with their goals.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: Finance and Marketing

• Experience: Minimum 0-2 years in business development or marketing.

• Communication Skills: Verbal and written communication skills to effectively talk to clients and build rapport.

• Lead Generation: Ability to generate leads and actively engage with prospects to drive business growth.

• Coordinating with Leads: Proficient in managing and maintaining communication with leads, ensuring they receive timely follow-ups and information.
