Job Description:

We're Hiring | Plant Supervisor (2 Positions)

Location: Bhanpuri- Raipur, Chhattisgarh

Eligibility:
✔️ Graduate (any discipline)
✔️ Minimum 3 years of experience in plant operations/supervision/Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise daily plant operations and manpower
* Ensure production targets, quality, and safety compliance
* Maintain production records and prepare operational reports
* Coordinate with production and maintenance teams
* Take ownership of operational challenges and ensure timely resolution

Salary: Up to 20,000/month (based on experience)
