Role:
Order to Cash, Associate Consulting Manager
Location:
- Location: India - 100% Remote
- Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9 hour shift 1:00 - 9:00 pm IST
- Travel Expectations: 0-5%

What you'll do
- Own and lead key workstreams within Order-to-Cash (O2C) transformation programs, covering Customer Master Data, Credit, Billing/Invoicing, Revenue Recognition, Collections, Cash Application, Dispute Management, Sales Adjustments, and Cash & Revenue Forecasting
- Serve as a day-to-day client lead for O2C initiatives, translating business requirements into process and technology solutions
- Contribute to practice growth by supporting pursuit efforts, solution development, and delivery excellence tied to revenue and margin targets
- Bridge O2C process design and technology enablement, confidently engaging in detailed discussions across both domains
- Identify systemic issues and improvement opportunities across the O2C value chain, recommending leading practices, KPIs, and target-state solutions
- Develop and review executive-ready deliverables,



including presentations that clearly communicate insights and recommendations
- Coach and mentor Senior Analysts and Analysts, ensuring quality, consistency, and professional growth

What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a business-related field (e.g., business, finance, accounting, economics, computer science, data analytics, math, data science, or similar)
- 4+ years of Order-to-Cash (O2C) experience in consulting or industry, with demonstrated ownership of end-to-end O2C activities or workstreams
- Robust leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high standards of delivery
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting recommendations to client stakeholders and executives
