What this job involves
You will be ensuring the operations as per mentioned below during your shift duty. Co-ordaniting with team and supporting the Property Manager / Assistant Property. Your key deliverables will be to:
1. Vendor Management
- Coordinate with housekeeping, security, engineering, pest control, landscaping, waste management, façade cleaning, and other service vendors.
- Monitor vendor manpower, attendance, performance,
and compliance with contractual requirements.
- Follow up with vendors for pending works, quotations, service reports, and corrective actions.
- Maintain vendor-related documentation and service records.
Occupant / Tenant Coordination
- Attend to occupant complaints and service requests and ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate with tenants/occupants for maintenance activities, shutdowns, access requirements, and facility-related communication.
- Maintain proper records of complaints and their closure status.
- Support tenant move-in/move-out and fit-out-related coordination, wherever applicable.
Safety & Statutory Compliance
- Assist in ensuring compliance with applicable statutory and safety requirements.
- Coordinate for periodic inspections, testing, certification, and renewal of statutory documents.
- Monitor fire & life safety systems and report any deficiencies immediately.
