We are seeking a Facilities Manager Corporate Facilities Operations to join our Facilities Operations function, supporting our Hyderabad site in an on-site work model. In this role, you will ensure the site remains safe, compliant, cost-effective, and aligned with global facilities standards while collaborating with Finance, Corporate Facilities Operations, Corporate Workplace Strategy & Planning, Corporate Security, Environmental Health & Safety teams, vendors, landlords, and site leadership. Discover your role:
- Manage vendor, service provider, and landlord relationships, including onboarding, contract negotiation, purchase orders, invoice resolution, SLA performance, and issue resolution.
- Lead Environmental, Health & Safety compliance activities,



including risk assessments, inspections, corrective actions, contractor safety management, accident investigations, and compliance tracking.
- Oversee repairs, maintenance, refurbishments, relocations, and overall site readiness to support daily operations and evolving business needs.
- Own business continuity and emergency response planning, including evacuation procedures, Everbridge notifications, and coordination during emergency situations.
- Implement workplace strategy, occupancy planning, design standards, furniture, branding, wayfinding, and signage programs in partnership with Corporate Workplace Strategy & Planning.
- Manage facilities budgets, cash flow forecasts, records administration, compliance reporting, audit findings, and employee communications regarding building updates and procedures.
- Partner closely with cross-functional collaborators to maintain alignment with glob
