About the Role :

You will be working directly with executive and senior leadership with various initiatives surrounding the renewal process, customer lifecycle, Account Management team, SKUs, pricing and quotes, and more. This role would be considered a senior position where you have the autonomy to help drive strategy, lead projects, and cross collaborate with other stakeholders to ensure we build the best overall customer experience.



The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a proven track record in Account Management, Sales & Revenue Ops, a strong understanding of GTM and Account Management business models, and excellent communication skills.

Roles & Responsibilities :

CRM & Pipeline Hygiene: Maintain data accuracy, completeness, and standardization in Salesforce to ensure reliable forecasting and reporting. Conduct regular audits of pipeline data in collaboration with regional RevOps leads and Sales/Marketing teams.

Sales Forecasting: Own day-to-day operations and hygiene in sales forecasting and pipeline management. Ensure forecasting inputs are reliable and system usage remains consistent across Account Management / Renewal teams. Track proper utilization of the tool as a forecasting tool across the company

Project Contribution: Assist with leading projects as well as contributing to large complex requests that involve multiple cross departmental stakeholde
