As a Senior Associate – Quality Engineering, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and quality of a service delivery model supporting assigned platforms through a predefined framework.



You will be involved in the development of quality engineering test cases/suites to validate and verify delivery of system artifacts in accordance with customer needs.

Key responsibilities:
- Design, develop and execute automated test scripts for API and UI automation testing.
- Collaborate with business analysis/product teams to understand requirements and ensure test coverage.
- Identify, document and track software defects in Jira and work with developers to resolve issues.
- Perform regression testing to ensure that existing functionalities are not impacted by current code changes.
- Well versed in Agile process and ceremonies.
- Analyze test results, generate reports, and communicate findings to the team.
- Continuously improve the automation process and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

What we require:
- 5+ years of experience in functional and automation testing in Cards/Payment/Banking/Digital domain.
- Good exposure or knowledge of BDD, TDD and Data driven framework development.
- Hands-on experience in UI automation test
