YRGMERF is anticipating a project to strengthen the Urban Ecosystem Against Future Disease Threats by implementing a framework for urban-peri-urban coordination. This project if commissioned will require a team of below positions to support the coordination, implementation and monitoring of several components.

About the role

Conduct the counselling, supervise and interact with young people or teenagers, assisting them in resolving problems and ensuring their physical and emotional needs are being met. specialize in counselling,



mental health area such as childhood depression, and HIV infection prevention including HIV pre post-test counselling and other health issues as well.

What the support looks like
- You will work with each participant day to basis as per requirement:
- Understanding about adolescent health and their issues
- Ensure the reporting and documentation in the database Realtime basis
- Ensuring the confidentiality of all the clients
- Accompanied referral and linkage to ART and other services
- (Secure talk )One on one conversation with clients and finding challenges and solution to over come.
- Providing NACP services if required.
