About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and agile Sales Trainer with a strong background in the automobile industry to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering impactful training programs for sales teams across dealerships and internal sales staff. The goal of this role is to enhance product knowledge, strengthen sales capabilities, and improve overall dealership performance.





The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in automobile sales and training, with the ability to mentor sales professionals and implement effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Training & Development
- Design and deliver comprehensive sales training programs for dealership sales consultants and internal sales teams.
- Conduct training sessions on automobile product knowledge, sales processes, negotiation techniques, and customer engagement.
- Develop and update training materials including presentations, training manuals, and learning modules.
- Conduct classroom training as well as on-field coaching sessions for dealership teams.

Performance Enhancement
- Identify training needs by analyzing sales performance and dealership requirements.
- Provide regular coaching and mentoring to sales staff to improve their sales approach and closing skills.
