Guest Relationship Executive

What this job involves
- Guest Greeting: Welcome arriving guests, manage check-in and check-out processes, and oversee VIP movements, manage arrival lists, and ensure special needs or requests are met promptly.
- Inquiry Management: Provide details on hotel amenities, local attractions, and city directions.
- Complaint Resolution: Address guest issues promptly and escalate complex problems to management when necessary.
Address and de-escalate guest concerns or feedback quickly to ensure satisfaction.
- Feedback Collection: Gather regular customer feedback and coordinate service recovery steps.
- Department Coordination: Liaise with housekeeping, front office, and food & beverage teams to prepare rooms and fulfill special requests.
- Staff Leadership: Supervise front desk, reception, and concierge teams, leading by example and setting performance standards.
- Quality Control: Monitor facility appearance, track service issues, and analyze guest reviews to improve ratings.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Communication: Strong verbal and written command of English with active listening abilities.
- Interpersonal Skills: Outgoing personality, professional demeanor, and a customer-first mindset.
- Technical Literacy: Familiarity with hotel software like Opera or Micros, and general CRM tools.
