Job Purpose

To support the Accounts & Finance function by maintaining accurate financial records, processing accounting documentation, assisting with bank entries and reconciliations, preparing monthly statements, and coordinating with internal teams for timely completion of accounting and administrative activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Documentation & Accounting Entries
- Monitor emails for contract notes, financial documents, and accounting-related communications.
- Download, verify, organize, and maintain contract notes and supporting documents.
- Make necessary accounting/data entries based on the documents received.




- Ensure proper filing and easy retrieval of financial records.
- Financial Reports & Statements
- Monitor emails and maintain records of annual reports and other financial statements received from various entities.
- Prepare and maintain dividend-related sheets and compile relevant financial intimations.
- Prepare monthly holding statements and other financial reports using Excel.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of data before submission to the reporting manager.
- Bank Entries & Reconciliation
- Assist in recording bank transactions and maintaining bank entries.
- Assist with preparation of bank reconciliation statements.
- Identify unmatched or outstanding entries and coordinate for necessary clarification and resolution.
- Maintain proper supporting documents for bank and accounting transactions.
- Share & Financial Data
- Compile and verify share-related data for accounting purposes.
