This role is responsible for driving sales growth and strong market execution across an assigned territory.
You’ll manage distributor relationships, strengthen outlet coverage, and deliver primary and secondary sales targets.
The position combines field sales, distribution management, market analysis, merchandising, and customer relationship development.
You’ll use sales and MIS data to identify performance gaps, uncover opportunities, and improve execution across the territory.
The role also involves coordinating promotional activities and ensuring strong availability and visibility of products in the market.
You’ll work closely with distributors, frontline sales teams, trade partners, and branch stakeholders in a target-driven environment.

Accountabilities

Achieve assigned sales targets through regular market visits, personal selling, and effective management of the distribution system.

Manage distributor operations across both front-end and back-end infrastructure, ensuring effective execution and service levels.

Monitor distributor performance and the performance of distributor sales teams, identifying infrastructure or execution gaps and taking corrective action.

Analyze MIS and sales reports to identify market opportunities, performance gaps, and areas for improved execution.

Develop and maintain solid relationships with distributors, retailers, and other trade partners to strengthen market presence.

Negotiate with distributors and support their teams in improving customer management and generating incremental business.
