About the Role:





We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Executive with 3 to 4 years of hands-on experience in high-volume sales invoice processing using SAP Business One (SAP B1) and Tally ERP. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of Indian taxation laws - specifically GST compliance, TDS, and MSME payment guidelines along with experience in client onboarding, unbilled revenue reconciliations, and customer ageing.

Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Invoice Processing
- Manage Client Registration and Documentation
- Verify invoices against Sales Orders, Contracts, etc.
- Ensure correct application of GST, TDS, discounts, credit notes, and other statutory requirements.
- Assist with filing of GST returns.
- Record customer receipts accurately and allocate them against the relevant invoices on time.
- Prepare collection forecasts.
- Reconciliation of 26AS with books.
- Maintain customer-wise ageing and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Highlight long-pending
