This role involves identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic sales initiatives, and building long-term client relationships in international markets.

Build and optimize a strong sales funnel through innovative sales initiatives, strategies, and programs
Identify, research, and acquire new accounts and business opportunities

Explore and develop new geographies and international markets

Lead and motivate the team to achieve and exceed individual and team revenue targets

Collaborate with technical teams to prepare accurate quotes and compelling client proposals

Manage end-to-end sales cycles, from prospecting to closure

Conduct market research and competitor analysis

Maintain robust client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction





Work independently with minimal supervision while effectively handling team responsibilities

Requirements
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Strong negotiation and presentation abilities

Good time-management and organizational skills

Self-driven, proactive, and goal-oriented mindset

Willingness to work across different time zones to engage with global client.

Exposure to online bidding platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, etc.) is a plus
