The Position
Position - Senior Manager - Medical & Scientific Affairs
The Prospect
In this role, you will be responsible for planning and implementing Medical Activities that drive scientific engagements for Roche’s Diagnostics India's Cardiology and Neurology diagnostics solutions. You will develop and execute medical strategies, manage scientific requirements throughout the full lifecycle of assigned products, identify clinical opportunities, and ensure that medical activities align with Roche’s long-term strategic priorities.
Key Accountabilities
The key accountabilities for this position include, but are not limited to:
- Planning and implementation of Medical Activities including evidence generation strategy for the cardiology and neurology diagnostics solutions.
- Accountable for defining the medical strategy and its implementation, evidence generation initiatives, in alignment with the organizational priorities.
- Contribute to overall annual and ongoing medical planning including input on situational analyses and strategy.
- Build strategic partnerships with healthcare experts in cardiology, neurology and laboratory medicine and other relevant external stakeholders.
- Drives HCP/KOL engagement initiatives at forums such as Roche initiated medical education programs, scientific congresses, advisory boards, etc.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration and collaborate with internal stakeholders.
