Responsibilities:
Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, in compliance with US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
US Accounting and Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with US accounting standards and tax regulations, including corporate tax filings, tax provisions, and reporting requirements.
Corporate Subsidy Management: Evaluate and manage corporate subsidies, including researching and identifying eligible subsidies, applying for grants or subsidies, and monitoring compliance with subsidy requirements.
Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and manage financial budgets and forecasts, collaborating with relevant stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support strategic decision-making, assess business performance, and identify areas for improvement or cost-saving opportunities.
Cash Flow Management: Monitor and manage cash flow, optimize working capital,



and implement effective cash flow forecasting and cash management strategies.
Financial Risk Management: Identify and assess financial risks, such as credit risk, market risk, and operational risk, and implement appropriate risk management strategies.
Strategic Financial Planning: Collaborate with senior management to develop financial strategies and long-term financial plans, supporting business growth and profitability objectives.
Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate financial information, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders, both internally and externally, in a clear and concise manner.
Team Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to finance teams, foster a collaborative and high-performing work environment, and promote career development opportunities.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA certification or an MBA in Fin
