We are currently looking for a agile and experienced Project Coordinator to support end-to-end execution of interior fit-out projects across multiple locations.
Role Overview
The Project Coordinator will be responsible for planning,
coordinating, monitoring, and supporting the complete project lifecycle—from site inspection to final handover. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in corporate interiors, site execution, vendor management, documentation, and stakeholder coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution
- Coordinate the complete project lifecycle from site survey to final handover.
- Assist in preparing project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Ensure timely execution of project milestones as per schedules.
Site Coordination & Operations
- Conduct site inspections and coordinate day-to-day site activities.
- Ensure work progress as per approved drawings and project scope.
- Monitor site manpower, materials, and subcontractor performance.
Vendor & Client Management
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, consultants, and suppliers.
