- Education & Experience - CA – Inter candidates or MBA graduates with minimum 2-5 yrs of relevant experience.
- Strong expertise in MS Excel
- The experience in the below topics is mandatory.
- MIS Reporting [Month end closing MIS reporting]
- Other Reports – AR Aging, AR Analysis etc
- Financial Analysis / Preparation of Financial Statements – P&L;, Balance Sheet, etc.
- Bank & General Ledger Reconciliation, payments & Customer Accounts reconciliation.
- Budget – 6 – 6.5 LPA Fixed
- Interview process: 2 Technical Rounds + 1 Assessment Round + HRBP Round.
- Robust communication skills in English.
- Please exclude candidates who are working on process-oriented profiles as their scope of work is limited.
