Job Description

We're looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Kitchen Stewarding Executive to join our dynamic team in Visakhapatnam, India. In this pivotal role, you'll lead our stewarding operations with a commitment to excellence, ensuring that our kitchen facilities maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and operational efficiency.



You'll work collaboratively with our kitchen brigade and management team to create a seamless, safe, and hygienic environment that supports exceptional food service delivery. - Oversee all dishwashing operations and stewarding department activities, ensuring effective workflow and optimal resource utilization
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation throughout the kitchen and stewarding areas in strict compliance with health and safety regulations
- Manage, maintain, and troubleshoot all kitchen equipment, including commercial dishwashing machines, and coordinate timely repairs and preventive servicing
- Implement, monitor, and enforce food safety and hygiene protocols in accordance with HACCP principles, international standards, and company policies
