Client Servicing Manager – Corporate Events

Office Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India

Position Type: Full time/On Site

Salary Range: 30,000-60,000/- per month.

Role and Responsibilities:

Role Overview

As a Client Servicing Manager, you will be the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring the seamless execution of corporate events. Your role encompasses understanding client needs, coordinating event logistics, managing budgets, and delivering exceptional experiences that align with client objectives.
- Building and maintaining long-lasting business relationships with clients
- Communicating with clients via phone calls, emails, or in-person regularly
- Preparing project/event/stall proposal
- Identifying and resolving client Requirements and queries as per priority
- Maintaining a detailed and accurate record of all clients’ project details and communications in proper format
- Ensuring to respond to client queries in a professional and timely manner




- Assisting in the hiring process and providing necessary guidance to the team members and new recruits for event-to-event basis
- Providing clients with relevant information on the project and services offered by the company in prescribed format
- Helping achieving the best image of the company in front of the client
- Being present and performing on-site visits during the event
- Drafting and negotiating the terms and conditions mentioned in the proposals
- Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Identify and liaise with vendors and suppliers to secure necessary resources for events.
- Negotiate contracts and manage relationships to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Post-Event Analysis & Reporting: Gather client feedback, analyze event performance, and prepare reports to assess success and identify areas for improvement.
