Description

We are looking for a Business System Analyst to join our team As a
Business Analyst, you will play the main role in linking our information
technology capacity and our business objectives.
Your main goal will be to support and ensure the successful completion of
analytical, building, testing and deployment tasks.

Roles and responsibilities:
- Determines operational objectives by studying business functions,
gathering information, evaluating output requirements and formats

- Writing functional specifications by studying system capabilities
and analyzing requirements, constructing workflow charts and
wireframe diagrams

- Improves systems by studying current practices, suggesting
enhancements,



and designing modifications

- Reviewing the written specifications from the customer and acting
upon the feedback

- Provides references for users by writing and maintaining user
documentation, training users.

- Report common patterns, questions, and other issues to management

- Maintains user confidence and protects operations by keeping
information confidential

- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as
needed

Requirements

Business System Analyst Requirement:
- Bachelor’s Degree in B.E / BTech from a relevant stream (MBA
preferred)

- 3-5 years of relevant experience as a Business Systems Analyst
 Willingness to work in a collaborative workplace

- Excellent written and oral communication

- Highly analytical mindset

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
