We are looking for a skilled Zoho Administrator to manage, configure, automate, and optimize Zoho applications used across our ISP/Telecom operations. The role will be responsible for administration, workflow automation, user management, integrations, reporting, and troubleshooting across platforms such as Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Desk, Zoho People, Zoho Creator, and other Zoho One applications.
- Zoho Administration:

* Create and manage users, roles, profiles, permissions, territories, and security settings.

* Configure modules, fields, layouts, views, forms, and business rules.

* Manage user access and application-level permissions.

* Monitor system performance and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

* Administer and maintain Zoho applications and Zoho One setting

2. Zoho CRM Management

* Configure *Zoho CRM* based on sales, customer service, and ISP business requirements.

* Manage Leads, Contacts, Accounts, Deals, Activities, and custom modules.

* Configure lead assignment, sales pipelines, approval processes, and automation.

* Maintain data quality,



duplicate management, and CRM records.

* Develop dashboards and reports for management and department heads.

3. Workflow & Automation

* Design and implement automated business workflows using *Zoho Workflow Rules, Blueprints, Functions, Schedules, and Approvals*.

* Develop automation for customer onboarding, sales processes, service requests, collections, renewals, and internal approvals.

* Identify manual processes and recommend automation opportunities.

* Troubleshoot and optimize existing automation.

4. Deluge Development

* Develop custom functions using *Deluge scripting*.

* Create custom business logic and automated actions.

* Work with API calls, webhooks, custom functions, and third-party integrations.

* Debug and optimize Deluge scripts and automation.

5. ISP/Telecom Business Process Support

* Configure Zoho applications to support *ISP customer acquisition, installation, activat
