Your Team
Responsible for managing the Hyderabad Shared Service Center (SSC) ensuring compliance with Invesco’s regulatory & financials reporting requirements. Understands US GAAP and ensures proper accounting treatment of financial transactions. This team supports financial reporting and accounting across North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific regions.

Your Role
- Lead and manage the finance process for a global organization, leveraging a robust working knowledge of accounting and financial systems, with preferred experience in Oracle.
- Oversee the review of quarterly and annual financial statements,



coordinating internal stakeholders and external reviewers to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
- Communicate and interpret financial results, process matters, and evolving accounting guidance to senior management in a clear and actionable manner.
- Manage relationships with external auditors, addressing financial statement and accounting matters to ensure timely resolution and alignment on accounting positions, disclosures, and judgments.
- Ensure the timely and accurate delivery of financial services in accordance with US GAAP and agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of accounting treatments for all finance services delivered by the Hyderabad Shared Services Center (SSC), including but not limited to RTR, CTR, FP&A;, PTP, OTC, and Tax.
- Ensure execution of SSC finance operations in line with SLAs, encompassing journal entries, balance sheet
