Technology Architect
Proficient in Java(Spring Boot, Microservices architecture)- Must Have – this is to ensure developer can understand/dev the current state of product/application
Experience with PCF and migration to ARO/OpenShift- Must- this is to ensure developer understand the PCF(current state of the product/application) and can have mindset of lift and shift to ARO

Strong understanding of Kubernetes, containerization(Docker), and CI/CD tools- Understanding of these tech stack should be valuable since Aro project team/Arch are made available required Job aids and migration steps at confluence site.
Hands-on experience in Azure cloud environments- Must- This is ensuring developer is proficient on cloud related dev work and can easily opt for the product migration.
Previous exposure to enterprise application modernization is preferred. – Good to have
