You will partner with hiring teams to understand their needs, build solid candidate pipelines, and deliver a positive experience for every person who interacts with Amazon during the hiring process.

Key job responsibilities
- Source and engage candidates using internal and external tools, Boolean search logic, and multiple sourcing channels to build high-quality, unbiased candidate pipelines aligned with hiring team goals and service-level expectations.
- Conduct thorough pre-screens to assess candidate qualifications, compensation expectations, skill level, and availability, while clearly communicating the interview process and setting accurate expectations on leveling and compensation.
- Coach candidates on behavioral interviewing techniques and the overall interview process to ensure they are well-prepared, creating a consistently positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
