Responsibilities:
- Optimizing Funnel Conversion:
- Analyze and optimize the conversion funnel at each step, focusing on improving ad clicks to landing page visits, landing page visits to form submissions.
- Identifying and implementing strategies to enhance user experience and increase conversion rates.
- Initiative Development:
- Propose and implement new initiatives and retargeting activities to engage and guide leads through various stages of the funnel.
- Landing Page Optimization:
- Monitor and continuously improve landing page speed, considering industry bounce rates, and implement strategies to reduce friction and encourage user interaction.
- User-Friendly Forms:
- Implement a step-by-step form display to ease users into the process. and incorporating gamification elements to encourage users to complete the form
- Mobile-Friendly Design: Ensure optimal form accessibility and navigation on various devices, prioritizing a mobile-friendly user experience.
- Retargeting Strategies:
- Develop and execute retargeting campaigns through WhatsApp messages and email sequences.



Utilize email journeys with valuable resources and clear CTAs based on user stages within a 7-day window.
- Send targeted messages between registration and session time windows, providing users with useful information/content to keep them engaged.
- Requirements:

Experience: 2-5 years of experience in CRO, digital marketing, or related roles.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRO tools, analytics platforms, and marketing automation tools.
- Analytical Skills: Robust analytical abilities for data interpretation and actionable insights.
- Communication Skills: Effective communication skills for collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
