Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Account Manager with strong expertise in client management and stakeholder engagement to join our team in Bangalore. This role requires a professional with a deep understanding of recruitment operations, especially within the domains of IT and consulting services. The primary focus will be on handling high-value accounts, mining new requirements, and maintaining strong relationships with key clients such as KPMG, LTI, Persistent, Zensar, and EXL.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Management: Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring robust, positive relationships with each account. Maintain regular communication to understand client needs and ensure alignment on recruitment objectives.
- Requirement Mining: Actively engage with client stakeholders to identify and source new recruitment requirements. Proactively assess upcoming hiring needs and relay them to the recruitment team for effective planning.




- Stakeholder Management: Develop and maintain productive relationships with key client stakeholders. Conduct regular meetings to understand and align with their recruitment strategies and priorities.
- End-to-End Recruitment Support: Oversee and ensure the smooth execution of recruitment processes, from initial requirement gathering to onboarding. Coordinate with internal teams for timely delivery.
- Account Performance Monitoring: Track and report on the progress of account-specific recruitment metrics, ensuring that service levels and expectations are consistently met or exceeded.
- Business Development: Identify potential growth opportunities within assigned accounts and work with the business development team to expand service offerings.
