Job Overview:
We are seeking an accomplished Direct Sales Head for WDNA. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role
in driving revenue growth, managing sales operations, and building lasting client relationships through
Telesales, B2C & B2B Sales, New Account Onboarding, Business Development, and effective Relationship
Management.

What the person in the role will do:

Sales Leadership:

Lead and inspire the Direct Sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship.






 Direct corporate sales for WCSI.
 Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and market expansion.
 Monitor sales performance, analyse data, and implement improvements to achieve KPIs.
 Foster a high-performance sales culture focused on results, customer satisfaction, and

teamwork.

Corporate & Direct B2B Sales:

Lead a team of corporate sales representatives to meet and exceed sales targets.

 Develop and execute a corporate sales strategy to increase sales, market share and profitability.

 Manage key customer relationships and develop new business opportunities.
 Analyze customer data to identify trends, opportunities and risks.
 Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
 Develop and implement effective pricing strategies.
 Negotiate contracts with potential customers.
