Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Success Manager (CSM) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor for our clients, ensuring they achieve maximum value from our solutions while fostering long-term relationships and driving retention and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and engagement.
- Onboard new clients, guiding them through implementation and training to ensure successful adoption.
- Understand client business goals and align our product’s value proposition to their needs.
- Monitor account health, usage trends, and proactively address risks to drive retention and expansion.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Support to resolve issues and deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Deliver regular performance reviews and success plans to customers.
- Identify and upsell opportunities while helping clients optimize product usage.




- Collect and share customer feedback with internal teams to improve product and service offerings.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or related customer-facing role (preferably in a SaaS or tech environment).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Robust problem-solving abilities and a client-first mindset.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Customer Success platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities with a high attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with B2B SaaS products.
- Familiarity with customer lifecycle strategies and metrics (e.g., NPS, churn rate, customer health scores).
- Technical aptitude to understand and explain product features and workflows.
