Looking for a Finance qualified with 1+ years of relevant finance experience for Junior & 5+ years of relevant finance experience for Senior Positions who will assist in managing our financial operations, reporting, compliance, and planning functions. You should be detail-oriented, analytical, and motivated to contribute to a mission-led organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements, MIS reports, and budgets
- Perform day-to-day accounting using tools such as Tally, Zoho, or QuickBooks
- Monitor cash flow, accounts payable/receivable, and expense management
- Support compliance tasks including GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and income tax filings
- Coordinate with auditors, vendors, and banks for financial documentation and transactions
