About the Team

Our Corporate Advisory Business Unit works as a strategic advisor to companies solving social problems at scale. The work spans CSR strategy and flagship programme design; impact portfolio advisory,



covering compliance, portfolio governance, social audit, programme monitoring and impact measurement; and end-to-end programme management through implementation support, advisory and in-house tools.

The Opportunity

We are hiring a Tech Lead to anchor technology across our Corporate (CSR) Business Unit: the platform our CSR programmes run on, the partner who builds it, and the AI and data work that is changing how the unit delivers. You will report to the Corporate BU Head and have a dotted line to the Chief Technology Officer.
We are looking for 5–8 years in product management or technology services/consulting.
The Corporate BU is growing in both the volume and the complexity of its engagements, and technology has moved from supporting that work to shaping what the work can be. We manage our CSR programmes on a purpose-built platform, mGrant, from Dhwani RIS.
