2.Track and monitor blended Capital Expenditure cost per Recent Sites site against approved targets.
3.Review financial performance of each Capital Expenditure projects against budgeted targets.
4.Monitor replacement Capital Expenditure against circle targets, including control of A-class material quantities.
5.Generate and circulate periodic financial reports with variance and benchmarking analysis.2Capex Spend Optmisation1.Identify cost-saving opportunities through detailed analysis of Capital Expenditure spends.
